Rosewill Bome Technologies was founded on a clear observation: Africa's most consequential institutions — sovereign governments, multilateral agencies, and development organisations — were operating critical programmes on inadequate digital infrastructure. Headquartered at JKUAT Towers in Nairobi, Kenya, with operations extending to Namibia, we set out to close that gap with enterprise-grade software engineered for African conditions.
Today, our platforms are trusted by leading continental development banks, UN specialized agencies, bilateral donor institutions, and East African sovereign governments to manage programmes that directly affect millions of lives. The BREFONS MIS coordinates food security interventions across six Horn of Africa countries. The Uganda Drought Observatory — developed with a UN food security agency — provides national early warning intelligence that protects agriculture, water resources, and livelihoods across Uganda.
